Lexie Contreras is the passionate owner and provider at La Lumiere Laser. If you know Lexie, you know she has always had a passion for all things skin. With a dedication to enhancing her clients' natural beauty, she brings expertise and care to every treatment. Growing up, her biggest inspiration was her mom. Watching her dedicate time to her skincare rituals taught her that taking care of ourselves is not just about looking good; it’s about feeling good too! Lexie truly believes becoming your best self is all about putting all the pieces of the puzzle together. Mind, body and Spirit. Her commitment to using advanced laser technologies and skincare ensures that clients receive safe, effective, and personalized results. Lexie's approach is rooted in a deep understanding of skin health, combined with a desire to help others feel confident in their skin.

Dr. Erik Contreras is proud to be a part of La Lumiere.  His specialty of Internal Medicine incorporates the whole body.  It sounds cliche, but he often preaches the importance of mind, body and spirit being in alignment because if we are failing in any of these areas it makes it hard to reach our peak performance.   Self confidence is an important piece of this puzzle and if removing a  blemish or having fewer wrinkles becomes another motivating factor to help us reach our goals, I’m all for it. Utilizing the latest technology in a minimally invasive approach, laser treatments are just one more way to improve our overall health. La Lumiere hopes to add to this health pyramid by offering solutions to everyday issues we all experience. Whether it’s removing an old tattoo or lightening sun spots, lasers are a safe and effective way to help our patients look as good as they feel.

Dr. Contreras is the physician owner of High Mark Internal Medicine, and Chief of Staff for Dignity YRMC hospital. He is medical director for Legacy Hospice in Dewey, and Aspen Infusion pharmacy in Chandler. He stays fit by focussing on fundamentals. Getting good sleep, trying to eat healthy, and moving; i.e riding bikes, lifting weights and walking his neighborhood. Laser treatment of choice, removing hair from his feet.
